This competition is organised by 1UP Cash and Carry.

The name of the Competition is:

“Stand a Chance to Win 1 of 9 Potjie Pots”.

Participants

By entering this competition, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

• The Competition starts on 22 August 2025 and ends on 8 September 2025 at midnight. No late entries will be accepted.
• The Competition is open to all consumers 18 years or older residing in the Republic of South Africa.
• The following individuals may not enter: the Promoter, its directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants, as well as their immediate family
• members (spouses, life partners, parents, children, or siblings) and business associates.

Promotion

To enter the competition, participants must:

• 1. Purchase any 2 Mama’s 750ml Sauces.
• 2. Complete the entry form online and upload a valid till slip as proof of purchase.
• Only one entry per valid purchase is allowed.
• Participants must retain their original till slips, as winners will be required to present
• them for verification.

Prize

• There are 9 (nine) prizes, each consisting of a Potjie pot.
• The prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
• Winners will be announced on 10 September 2025 via the Promoter’s official communication channels.

• If a winner cannot be reached after three (3) phone calls and/or three (3) emails on consecutive business days, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
• Upon prize collection, winners must present a valid South African ID document and their original till slip.

General

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel the competition or any aspect thereof at any time, without prior notice, for any reason deemed necessary.
• In the event of a dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering, participants consent to receive marketing material, promotions, and special offers from the Promoter until they opt out.
• Should the Department of Trade and Industry, Consumer Protection Commission, or any regulatory authority require, the Promoter reserves the right to terminate the competition immediately, without liability.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry if fraudulent activity or foul play is suspected.
• The Promoter, its affiliates, partners, and agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or technical failure affecting participation in the competition.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar commercial value should it become unavailable.
• Any prize accepted is entirely at the winner’s own risk, and the Promoter will not be liable for any defect or harm arising from the prize.
• Winners consent to the use of their names, photographs, and likeness for publicity purposes (including print, social media, and advertising) without additional compensation, at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
