One Up CC Returns Policy


1. Returns Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages, and fresh produce).
  • Personal care products.
  • Items sold at discounted or clearance prices.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • We will arrange for replacement, exchange, or store credit, subject to stock availability.

4. Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases where One Up CC is at fault.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@1uponline.co.za to request a return authorization.
  2. Package the item securely and include proof of purchase.
  3. Return the item to our designated return address or arrange for collection (if applicable).
