Ingredients


  • 2 Tablespoon oil
  • 1 Cup medium onion diced
  • 1 Cup red and green peppers diced
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Cup grated mozzarella cheese shredded cheddar
  • 2 Tablespoon 6-gun grill spice


Method 

  • Preheat oven to 180°c
  • In a large pan heat oil on medium
  • Add onions and peppers and cook until soft, then remove from pan
  • With a sharp knife create a pocket in each breast
  • Stuff each with vegetable mixture
  • Top with mozzarella
  • Season chicken all over with 6-gun grill spice
  • Place in oven tray and bake until cooked (+/- 25 min)
  • Allow to cool and enjoy
