BBQ Wings


Ingredients


  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup Nandos Peri-Peri Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh coriander or parsley for garnish (optional)


Method

  • Prep the Wings:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel and season them with salt and pepper.
  • Marinate:
  • In a bowl, mix together Nandos Peri-Peri Sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  • Toss the chicken wings in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge for more intense flavor).
  • Bake:
  • Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  • Serve:
  • Garnish with fresh coriander or parsley if desired.
  • Serve with extra Nandos Peri-Peri Sauce on the side for dipping.
