BBQ Wings
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1/2 cup Nandos Peri-Peri Sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander or parsley for garnish (optional)
Method
- Prep the Wings:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel and season them with salt and pepper.
- Marinate:
- In a bowl, mix together Nandos Peri-Peri Sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
- Toss the chicken wings in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge for more intense flavor).
- Bake:
- Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Serve:
- Garnish with fresh coriander or parsley if desired.
- Serve with extra Nandos Peri-Peri Sauce on the side for dipping.
