Ingredients

  • Pasta 300-500g of your choice
  • Cream 250ml
  • Seafood Mix 750g
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil: 3 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley: 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes: 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Lemon: 1


Ingredients

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the seafood to the pan and cook until just opaque and cooked through.
  • Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the cream and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and simmer for another 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Toss in the cooked pasta and gently combine until everything is heated through and well coated with the sauce.
  • If the sauce seems too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen it up.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the pasta and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
  • Serve immediately
