Grilled Steak with Jimmy's steakhouse sauce glaze

Ingredients

2 steaks (your choice of cut, such as ribeye or sirloin)

3 tbsp Jimmy's Sauce's Steakhouse Sauce 2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder Salt and pepper to taste Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme) for garnish

Optional sides: Roasted vegetables, crispy fries, or mashed potatoes

Method

Prep the Steak: Season both sides of the steaks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drizzle the steaks with olive oil to ensure a nice sear while grilling. Grill the Steak: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer depending on your preferred doneness. For a perfect sear, resist the urge to flip the steak too early. Glaze with Sauce: About 2 minutes before the steak is done, brush a generous amount of Jimmy's Steakhouse Sauce on the steak to create a rich glaze. Let it cook for the remaining time to allow the sauce to slightly caramelize onto the meat. Rest the Steak: Once cooked to your desired doneness, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a tender and juicy steak. Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs such as rosemary or thyme. Serve the steak with your choice of sides, like roasted vegetables or crispy fries, for a complete meal.
