Peach Tart 


Ingredients


250ml Fresh cream

1 Can peach slices

80g Peach jelly

80g Granadilla pulp

1 Pack Tennis / Marie biscuits

60ml butter

Method

Base: Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter and press into prepared tart pan, refrigirate for 1hour.

Filling: Prepare jelly with 250ml water and let cool completely before adding to cream. Whip cream until soft peaks form, fold in jelly slowly - do not over mix Pour mixture in tart pan and refrigirate until completely set

Topping: Decorate with peach slices and granadilla pulp
