Chicken & Broccoli Bowl 


Ingredients


  • 3 Tablespoon oil
  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 Teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 2 Teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Paprika
  • 8 Roti’s or tortilla wraps (warmed)
  • TOPPINGS ( Optional according to ones taste)

    • Lettuce

    • Tomato

    • Onion

    • Cheese

    • Sliced avocado



Method


In bowl mix salt, chilli powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, paprika

Season chicken according to your taste and allow to absorb in chicken

In a large pan over a medium heat

Add oil allow to heat

Cook chicken until golden brown

In the roti or tortilla wrap, add topping ingredients of your choice, place chicken on top of topping ingredients, add sauce and roll.

In a clean pan on medium heat place wrap in pan, turn every 1 – 2 min until golden brown and enjoy.
